Bloody Beautiful
has, in just three years, evolved into an international platform reshaping how we talk about menstruation and menopause. We've hosted 12 impactful events across three countries—The Netherlands, Japan, and Hong Kong—creating space for open dialogue and cultural exchange. Our work has resulted in two unique publications: a book and a series of zines that document and amplify unheard voices.
We've launched a dedicated phoneline for people to share personal stories around menstruation, and conducted the first national menopause survey, setting a new standard for inclusive health data. With over 580 participants, 120 collaborators and partners, the support of 8 venue partners and over 400,000 people reached through social media the conversation is only growing. Bloody Beautiful is not just an event—it’s a growing movement.
